Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Products
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
